GMS Mono & Diglycerides, self emulsifying food additive produced from raw materials derived from vegetable origin.

 CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY- It can generally be used at a concentration of 1% to 10%. It is insoluble in water and soluble in oil and ethanol.

Melt our GMS at 55oC while stirring.
